“Three Little Pigs” – Lime Wood Hotel, The Pig and talentFUNL
A personal collection of fine small luxury lifestyle hotels, restaurants, and lodges within two groups – Lime Wood Group and Home Grown Hotels, where the focus is on authenticity and informality of design, food and service. The challenge was to create two careers sites that portrayed each of the brands and provided a seamless candidate experience from the corporate site to the careers site.
“The whole process from the set up to go live, and the on-going support received by the team at talentFUNL has been excellent. Using the basecamp project planner made the set up process simple and clear to understand. Having been through the process of setting up a new ATS in a previous role I was delighted to see how simple the talentFUNL team made this.
The system itself is easy and logical to use, our hiring managers have become confident in using the system with minimal training. One of the real strengths for our group of hotels has been the ability to receive and react to candidates on e-mail without needing to login to the system. Our busy teams say this function allows them to stay on top of their candidates with minimal fuss, it has also enabled us to significantly increase our response time to candidates. We initially had our chefs (who hate systems) in mind for this feature, however most of the hiring managers now use this. The reporting function works well, and the data export to Excel allows me to regularly review and feedback to all locations on our vacancies. The talentFUNL team are genuinely interested in our feedback and suggestions for new functions, I feel they are a true partner to our business.
